1. Use of Services

● Account
Accounts created via Google Sign-In are for personal, non-commercial use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
● Content
News articles, short videos, digital e-papers, and related materials are provided for informational purposes only. Content is primarily synchronized from our official website (https://sachchasamachar.com) through secure APIs and internal editorial processes.
While we strive to maintain accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
2. Subscription & Payments
● E-Paper Subscription
Certain premium features, including digital e-paper access, require a valid paid subscription.
● Billing
All payments are securely processed via Google Play Billing. Sachcha Samachar does not store or process your credit/debit card or banking details.
● Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and procedures. Sachcha Samachar does not directly issue refunds.
● Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account settings before the renewal date.
3. Story Section, Articles & External Links
The App may contain:
- Video links
- Article links
- Category links
- Survey links
- Contest links
These links may direct users to internal sections or third-party platforms. Sachcha Samachar is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of external websites.
Users are advised to review third-party terms before participating in surveys, contests, or transactions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the App, including logos, text, graphics, videos, layout, and design elements, is the property of Sachcha Samachar unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App strictly for personal purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
5. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
The App may display advertisements through:

- Direct Advertisements managed by our platform
We also use third-party services such as Firebase and OneSignal for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of advertised products or services.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Some sections of the App may contain affiliate links. This means that if you click on certain links and make a purchase, Sachcha Samachar may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate partnerships do not influence our editorial decisions. News articles, reviews, or recommendations are published independently according to our editorial standards.
